1) Splitting direction can be determined in advance The splitting direction
and the splitting course can be precisely determined via the control valve on the upper handle.
2) Hydraulic hoses with burst protection Robust multi-layer hoses
reliably connect the splitting cylinder to the high-pressure hydraulic power unit,
which delivers a system pressure of 50 MPa (500 bar).
3) Different splitting inserts The predominant source material and the application requirements
determine the splitting insert called wedge set.
This ensures that the best splitting result is always achieved.
4) Rugged design Components made of the highest quality aluminum and steel materials
guarantee a very long service life even under the hardest conditions.
Maintenance work is almost obsolete.
5) Specially developed hardening process Hard metal layer of the counter wedges
enables the transmission of the very high forces and provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, seizure and wear.
6) Quick-change device Tool locking system allows quick and easy replacement of the splitting insert on the job site.
